Isn't it exciting how much researchers are learning about our brain?

GROWING OLDER
We all age. It’s an inevitable part of life that brings with it adventure, experience, difficulties, learning opportunities, and so much more. It also, as explored in a new study published this week in Human Brain Mapping, includes increased communication between regions in the brain. Yes, it is.
They say this increased communication between halves isn't new knowledge, but it certainly is to me.
What's new for researchers is, they now know why.
It's compensation for an age related decrease in cognitive functions.
Also news to me.... And interesting.

They really shouldn't provide contact information if they're not going to respond.
Researchers are like anyone else. They can be snobs too.
Some may not want to interact with anyone that isn't a colleague, a funding opportunity, or a reporter that will publicize their work.
