Have you heard about the latest alzheimer's research?

I heard about it on the Saturday morning CBS news show. Occasionally they have worthwhile reports. I think we may have discussed some of it before.
It shows promise.
See link.

From what I've read (from your posts) there are a number of potential treatments being developed.
That's good because like the article mentions, some things fail in the final stages of trials.
That also means that we're coming at it from different angles, which may lead to a combination of drugs and therapies formulated to achieve the best results.

We need to find some answers for people suffering with Alzheimer's.
Not to mention, the cost of long term care for aging baby boomers is going to be enormous if we don't find some answers soon.

I've read that the ups and downs are hard on your system.
Our bodies try to adapt and they don't know which way to go.

They saying we have not had anything as cold as we will since 2009 or before.
I find it unbearable. I think the up and down is my problem.

Nuts is right.
We've been up and down too.
They say this next blast may be the coldest in about 20 years.

Here is our wacky weather. Remember a week before last week we hit 70 degrees. The human body statically takes two weeks to adjust to big changes.

Saturday
Sunny (Clear)27° / 27°

Sunday
Rain46° / 45°

Monday
Rain45° / 5°
Than we have to add the wind chill factor.

Tuesday
Partly Cloudy12° / 5°
ABC just said, something about you hitting 50 below.
Nuts!!

It's 1 degree above 0 here.
We'll be dropping quite a bit more and it'll last for close to a week.
That will probably move your way too.
Happy Saturday Philosopher.

They say exercise helps form new neurons and may prevent alzheimer's. Everyone should exercise.
It is freezing outside here and by Monday it will be colder. Tuesday is more snow.
Happy Saturday Karven.
