Wanna see an all-too-brief presentation of the 1940s?

Your parents (probably) and your grandparents experienced it.

You can do so now, by clicking here:

That was good Mensan, got my attention, I remember the old wringer type washing machines, we had one when I was a kid!! No dryers, my mom would hang the clothes out on a clothes line. Brought back a few memories for me!!

Yes, it was a good, brief presentation of the 1940's in The States.

Though my parents' 1940's experience was somewhat different.

Hi Yourself, Dix!!

It's bright and sunny here, too-- saw a gorgeous wolf, possibly a coyote yesterday, chasing our dog when we went for a walk. They were playing in the bush-- though I yelled at the top of my lungs to startle the wolf/coyote away from my dog instinctively, just in case it was in hot pursuit, lol! (My husband & I had been hiding from the dog, when the dog first, and then the c/w romped by a mere 35 feet ahead of where we were crouching by some ferns. Guess it was the "Momma bear" in me that made me do that, ha!! The wolf or whatever it was didn't make another appearance after that.

Cheers, Chaps,
