Is there any drug or vitamin that can open up clogged arteries?

Jean Carper, a leading authority on health and nutrition, says both vitamin C and E can do that.

I take several 81mg buffered Aspirin tablets/pills per day, to keep my blood thin, and that (supposedly) will help prevent another heart attack, for me.

Aspirin is good for blood circulation but it doesn't unclog arteries.

I realize you are not suggesting that you have this condition and I would not presume to think you have. However, I think you will find some very interesting answers to your question on this site: I also enjoy reading up on things I hear about.

Thx for the info.

I can only say, that taking Aspirin (I'm from the UK), helps to thin the blood and it is recommended by doctors here, to take one daily, just one.

However, the arteries are very important so I advise you to seek the advice of a qualified Physician and NOT try for home remedies. As the Aorta is the main artery to the heart, you should see someone without delay. You can ask him/her then, about taking Aspirin. How do you know that your Arteries are clogged---and why have you needed to come on a site like this for help with something so important, when the person who told you that you had clogged arteries, should have helped you further?

Anyway, I hope I have managed to help you.

In any case, to further answer your question; if your arteries are clogged, I believe it to be a surgical operation that you will need--but, having said this, these are ONLY my thoughts, which is the reason why you need specialist advice.
